One of our recent projects completed was a graded building restoration in Alyesbury. The Dinton Hermit 16th century public house has been closed since 2013 and a major refurbishment is nearly complete for the re-opening of this graded building.
Roofline Developments were tasked to install new roof systems to 80m2 with local planners insisting on a closest match roof tile to original roof. Over 5000 hand made clay tiles were used with hand made clay ridge, client & council planners are extremely happy with the outcome. The pub is now due to open on schedule thanks to the hard work of all building contractors involved.
