Full roof system with insulation upgrade

This house in the S6 area of Sheffield was an enquiry we had regarding the best way to modernise and improve insulation. For this we went with a full roof system from a single source to ensure all regulations were met and a lengthy guarantee for all aspects.

The full roofing system was also installed with a full insulation upgrade to meet all current regulations and efficiency targets.

Specific client roofing requests

As well as the full new roof system we also installed some extras such as a new rear dormer and 2 new Velux. Client also chose 20x10” A-grade Spanish slates with clay angled ridge tiles, which gave a really modern look to the building. To finish off the roofing project a new lead valley was also installed.
