New Roof on Two Victorian semis in Stocksbridge, Sheffield

A great example of our full slate re-roofing service are these two Victorian semis in Stocksbridge, Sheffield. This case study also showcases our drone services to enable site assessments and also for showing the client the finished roof.

Natural Blue Slate Tiles

The clients wanted Chatsworth natural blue slate 20"x10", which we agreed would look fantastic on both properties. These blue slates came complete with clay angle capped ridge tiles and all dry systems were also installed by Roofline Developments.

Chimney Stack Refurbishment

As an extra specialised service, we also implemented a complete refurbishment of the chimney stacks and barge boards were also all renewed. To complement this roofing work 18" code 4 lead valleys were installed.

As with all of our work every aspect of the new roof came with a 10-year insurance backed guarantee from the Confederation of Roofing Contractors.

The end results were outstanding, and the clients were both highly delighted with finished roof. The drone images we created also enabled the client to fully inspect the completed roof which they were very happy with.
