Warm roof transformation

This is one of our case studies where the before and after photos really do speak for themselves. The customer did have some worries about the old roof being damp but the main issue was it just didn't look pleasant to sit on.

The warm roof transformation

The roof that we installed is a warm roof which is a roof with special insulation that allows heat to be retained within the house. A warm roof is also breathable which allows the moisture to escape and thus prevents damp within the property.

For the warm flat roof we used a Polyroof 185 system which was applied to the floor walls and parapet once we had removed the lead works.

As you can see from the photos the new roof looks magnificent.
