I can't recommend Simon and his business highly enough, we have had a full roof replacement and insulation. From the initial contact with Simon, the guys putting the scaffolding up, to Pete & Mick diligently replacing the entire roof, I have nothing but admiration and gratitude for an excellent job. Simon and the team were excellent from start to finish. Very efficient and professional service. Provided initial quote really quickly and was happy to chat through alternatives and provide different quotes based on the different options we were considering, e.g minimal repair work v full re-roof etc. Communication throughout was really good and we’re very pleased with the work.
Excellent professional job carried out by Simon and the team at Roofline Developments from my initial enquiry to completion. I had the house completely re-roofed with insulation, Velux window installed, new fascia boards and guttering system. Also the stonework had repairs to pointing. There was excellent communication throughout the project. Quality materials used with long guarantees and the All waste materials were removed and the area was left clean and tidy. Roofline carried out a full slate re roof for us including adding new insulation and repairing a few rafters. Simon communicated clearly with us and was happy to chat through any of our questions before during and after. I would highly recommend Simon and his team. They did an excellent job for a good price. With our neighbors we had a slate re-roof, chimney stacks repaired, gutters and bargeboards seen to. Scaffolders were excellent also. Job much admired by visitors.

I had my roof replaced in readiness for solar panels and Roofline were really helpful with the planning of the different jobs and organising the scaffolding to support the installation of the solar panels. Simon and his company mended storm damage and installed new ridge tiles to our roof. Very nice lads worked really hard and left no mess at all. We have asked them to do further work we need doing. They also sorted our overflowing gutters which we are no longer able to reach. We certainly recommend Roofline.
Simon and the team have been very helpful and responded quickly when contacted about a difficult leaking chimney. They provided a quote and stuck to it even though the job changed as problems became clearer once scaffolding was up. They communicated well and explained what they had found and what they had done to remedy the problem, including sending photos. When I asked them to have a second look as there was still some leaking after they had dealt with the most obvious causes, they returned quickly and did more work to find and deal with the leak. This team are excellent. We have had the tile and felting replaced along with ridge tiles and soffits. The work was very professionally done. A clear explanation of what the options were and which they would advise was given along with a real acceptance of our informed choices. The time scale was only very slightly out due to the weather (which was extremely windy and rainy). Every working day they could have come, they did and worked one Sunday to get back on target. The quote was not changed even when they found slightly more was needed. We are very pleased with both the result and the team that made it happen. Roofline Developments have just completed the roof on my 9 new build town houses in Deepcar, Sheffield. From the first meeting on site to the final walk round to sign off the job Simon and his guys have worked professionally and to programme to complete the works to an exceptional standard. As well as carrying out works to the architects specification they also offered help and advice to some of the more technical detailing of the roof. Roofline D recently installed my Polyroof flat roof system. The lads were in & out in 3 days, I had constant feedback on what was happening, they worked long hours to get the job finished in bad weather. They did a great job, site was left as they found it. I decided to use Roofline Developments for my recent project after 2 recommendations for friends. We have a large semi-detached with a complicated roof layout. Once the quote was agreed, Simon at Roofline arranged anything inc building control/scaffold/waste. I was told work would take 6 days, it was completed in 5, so well happy. I was kept informed throughout the process & have nothing but praise for this company, the lads were great, respectful & professional. Site was cleaned to my expectations & I received some great aerial shots of the work from their drone service. Highly recommended.

I have been looking for honest and reliable Roofers for a long time __ did not want to fall in to the hands of Cowboy builders as shown on the TV programme. This is the second occasion we have asked for Simon Levitt's help with our roof and our guttering. In a listed building, finding skilled people interested in doing a good job is tricky. On both occasions, the standard of workmanship and service has been excellent. I haven't had the need to have any snagging issues addressed, but I would have every confidence that this team would respond.
We used Roofline Developments to install two flat roofs at our home along with some capping that needed completing. We have been really pleased with their approach, customer service and quality of work. We did have quite a bad storm during the time that they were here and the guys came out in the night to check that all was well. Very impressed.
We struggled for ages to find a decent roofer and Roofline Developments were finally recommended to us. I'm glad they were, they responded really quickly and professionally. They sorted out our leaking flat roof very effectively in what were challenging conditions. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone!
Job done and your team have just left, and may I say what a lovely couple of guys. Polite, considerate, worked through freezing cold yesterday and awful winds today and left everywhere very tidy. They had hoped to complete it all by the end of yesterday, but there were a few little bits left to do this morning as the failing light caught up with them last night. It was nice to have the different stages and their findings explained along the way, not just in terms of what they'd done, but what the problems were, where and why water had been coming in, how they'd corrected it etc. It certainly put my mind at ease that I'd chosen the right people for the job this time!
Roofline developments refurbished my chimneys, checked the roof and replaced my facias and guttering. The job was completed on time with minimum disruption, the site was left tidy. They gave great advice and provided the warranty promptly. Thank you.
I had a leak and my usual contractor wasn't available so I called in Roofline Developments. They fixed my leak quickly and left the things cleaner than when they arrived. I hope I have no more leaks but if I do I will call in Roofline without hesitation.
