Our strong workforce of commercially trained roofers, has given us a solid foundation to firstly attract commercial roofing contracts but then also become highly recommended. One example of our trade accreditations is Soprema, who we are approved contractors for their bitumen felt systems.

Metal roof systems are another of our contract commercial roofing specialities, the variety of which was a 600sqm warm roof installation we completed at Sheffield Meadowhead Acadamy.

Adding to this our partnership with Polyroof, offering liquid roof systems, all to commercial grade. All these systems come with fully warranted 20 year guarantees, which is piece of mind for commercial clients.

We are based in Sheffield but as the nature of commercial roofing contracts, we quite often win tenders for other areas within the UK.

One such commercial roofing contract was a project in partnership with https://bermarbuilding.co.uk. Bermar Buildings have completed a refurbishment of the flats in Halifax and Roofline Developments was contracted to waterproof sixty bay windows. Our client needed a quick solution for the roofing to complete the project, so we installed our Res-Tec 2020 flexi fibreglass system to fully encapsulate the windows.

  • Weekly Social Activities include: Bingo, weekly coffee morning, regular trips out and entertainers, organised by social fund or estate manager. New residents accepted from 60 years of age. Both cats & dogs generally accepted (permission must be sought first)
